95-96	3.0L NT 300ZX	25% Reduction Pulley Kit	Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic. 1. Jack up the front of the vehicle and secure with jack stands. 2. Remove lower engine cover and lower fan shroud. 3. Remove radiator fan. 4. Radiator can be removed for better access but not necessary. 5. Loosen crankshaft pulley bolt. 6. Remove A/C, power steering and alternator belts. 7. Remove crankshaft pulley bolt. 8. Use pulley puller kit to remove crankshaft pulley. 9. Install underdrive pulley with multi-purpose grease or oil on inner bore. 10. Torque crankshaft pulley to 165 ft/lbs. 11. Install new belts on A/C, power steering and alternator 12. Tighten belts to factory specifications. 13. Reinstall radiator fan, fan shroud and lower engine cover. 14. Remove jack stands and lower vehicle.		ASP339200 $124.95

91-98	240SX 2.4L	15% Reduction Pulley Kit	Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic. 1. JACK UP FRONT OF CAR. PLACE JACK STANDS UNDER PASSENGER SIDE FRAME. PLACE BLOCKS BEHIND REAR WHEELS TO PREVENT VEHICLE FROM ROLLING BACK. 2. REMOVE ENGINE SPLASH GUARD. 3. REMOVE POWER STEERING/WATER PUMP BELT, REMOVE A/C BELT AND THEN REMOVE ALTERNATOR BELT. 4. LOOSEN CRANK BOLT WITH IMPACT. 5. USE PULLER TO REMOVE CRANK PULLEY. IF OIL SEAL IS WORN, REPLACE AT THIS TIME. PUT GREASE ON STEEL SLEEVE ON PULLEY BEFORE INSTALLATION. THIS WILL LUBRICATE OIL SEAL. 6. PLACE NEW CRANK PULLEY ON. TIGHTEN TO 85 FT/LBS. 7. REPEAT STEPS IN REVERSE ORDER. 91-97	2.0L DOHC Ser Sentra / NX 2000	20% Reduction Pulley Kit	1. Jack up passanger side of car and place on jack stands. 2. Remove wheel and plastic wheel well shroud. 3. Loosen crank bolt and remove. You will need air tools to remove bolt. 4. Loosen tensioners and remove alt – A/C belt. You will reuse the wp-ps belt. 5. Use puller to remove stock crank pulley. 6. Install new crank pulley applying grease to bore . This will aid in the install. 7. Tighten crank bolt to 110 ft. lbs. 8. Install new belt and existing wp-ps belt. 9. Tighten tensioners. 10.
