INSTRUCTIONS FOR 93-98 1.6 DOHC/SOHC HONDA CIVIC / CRX Part # asp331000 Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic. 1. Loosen front drivers side lug nuts. 2. Jack up drivers side of vehicle and support with jack stand. 3. Remove the front drivers side wheel and wheel well shroud. 4. Looosen crankshaft pulley bolt (bolt is very tight). 5. Remove A/C, alternator, and power steering belt. 6. Remove crankshaft pulley bolt and crankshaft pulley. 7. Install the underdrive pulley with multi-purpose grease or oil on the inner bore. 8. Torque crankshaft pulley to 159 ft/lbs. 9. Install new belts on A/C, alternator, and power steering. 10. Tighten belts to factory specifications. 11. Reinstall drivers side wheel well shroud and front wheel. 12. Remove jack stand and lower vehicle. Belt Sizes: Alternator Belt: K040300 Air Conditioner Belt: K030290		ASP331000 $124.95
90-91	2.1L SI DOHC Prelude	22% Reduction Pulley Kit	Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic. CAUTION: Ensure car is properly secured on jack stands before accessing underside of car. 1. Jack up vehicle, place jack stand under frame. 2. Remove wheel and well shroud if necessary. 3. Loosen crankshaft belt. 4. Loosen alternator, A/C and power steering tensioner bolts, if necessary, to get belts off. 5. Remove old belts. 6. Remove crankshaft pulley bolt and crankshaft pulley. 7. Install the uderdrive pulley with multi-purpose grease or oil on the inner bore. 8. Torque crankshaft pulley to 110 ft/lbs. 9. Install new belts on A/C, altrnator and power steering. 10. Tighten belts to factory specifications. 11. Reinstall wheel and well shroud if removal for installation was required.		ASP339400 $124.95

94-99	VTEC/Type-R 1.8L	22% Reduction Pulley Kit	1. Jack up driver side wheel and set on jack stands. 2. Remove wheel and plactic wheel shroud covering crank pulley. 3. Loosen and remove crank pulley bolt. You will need air tools for this. 4. Loosen tensioners and remove belts. For the A/C you will have to remove the lower mount to get the belt off and install the new one. 5. Remove crank pulley. Be careful not to loose the key from the crank. 6. Coat inner bore of ASP pulley with grease to aid in the install. 7. Seat new pulley aligning to key way in crank and retighten crank bolt to 133 ft lbs. 8. Install new belts and retighten tensioners. Replace lower mount. 9. Reinstall plastic wheel shroud and wheel. 10. Crank car and check for proper installation. 11. Remove jack stands. New Belts Alt.
